Terms of Cooperation

Firm

Required documents:

• Order sent to kontakt@konferental.pl
• Optionally, you can ask for access to documents such as: entry into the register or the National Court Register, REGON, NIP.

Placing an order

Please e-mail to kontakt@konferental.pl

The order shall contain the following information:

• Which is the subject of the contract,
• Date and time of delivery of the equipment,
• Address delivered (only in the case where we provide equipment),
• Date and time of return of equipment,
• Data to the invoice and rental agreement,
• Name of the person receiving the equipment,
• Numbers: landline phone company and the person collecting the equipment.

Each order will be confirmed by e-mail to the hours of its receipt, you have assured that it has been adopted.

Payment Terms

We prefer our billing services under a VAT invoice with 7, 14 or 21 day payment terms.

Deadline up to you and should be given when ordering.

A Natural

• Address delivered (only in the case where we provide equipment),
• Date and time of return of equipment,
• Your name and mobile number of a person collecting the equipment.

Each order will be confirmed by e-mail to the hours of its receipt,
you have assured that it has been adopted.

Payment Terms

In the case of a natural person with loan require payment of a deposit in the amount of rented equipment.

The deposit minus the cost of the rental is returned when the view of hardware and confirm the absence of damage.
